How Team Plans Work
Your organization purchases a team plan and receives one admin login and individual access codes for each seat. Each team member logs in with their own code, completes labs at their own pace, and earns their own certificates. As the admin, you see names and progress — nothing more.

Common Questions
What score do I need to pass a quiz session?
You need to score 80% or higher to pass and unlock your certificate. You can retake quiz sessions as many times as needed — there's no penalty for retaking.
How do I get a free educator or community code?
Contact us through the website and we'll verify your status and issue your access code within 1–2 business days. Educator codes require a school or institution email for verification.
Can I purchase individual labs instead of a bundle?
Yes — individual labs are available at $29/seat each. Bundles simply offer savings for those who plan to complete multiple labs.
Do certificates expire?
No. Once earned, your certificates are yours permanently and can be downloaded any time from your learner dashboard.
Can I add more seats to a team plan later?
Yes — contact us at any time to add seats to your existing plan. Additional seats are prorated based on your current plan period.
What is the Capstone for the Full Certification?
After completing all 8 labs, you submit a one-page policy brief on a real issue in your community. The Policy Lab reviews it and, upon approval, issues your official Program Certification.
Can my organization see my quiz scores?
No. Org admins can only see your name and overall progress through your labs. Quiz scores, answers, and certificate details are private to you.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if no labs have been started. Contact us at info@mspolicylab.com and we'll take care of you.
